We are affordable partner
The training and skills of our staff cover an infinite number of types of service to be a unique and loyal reference.

Electronic Engineering
On-board diagnostics using tools such as CANalyzer and DYAnalyzer on major automotive communication buses such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, MOST, and many others. Firmware verification, updating, and reprogramming, as well as reverse engineering support, are available, with applications primarily in: Telematics & Infotainment, Powertrain & Hybrids, Safety & Security Electronics, Body & Chassis Electronics.

Non-Destructive Testing
Thanks to the highly qualified technical staff within the team, in compliance with national and international standards, Assitec 2000 performs non-destructive testing (magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasonic testing, penetrant dyes, etc.) to assess defects or the structural characteristics of materials without altering their physical state or geometry. In the industrial sector, every critical product (and in our specific sector, automotive components) must be inspected to verify its integrity and compliance with current standards. It is well known that a small surface crack, harmless under normal conditions, when subjected to fatigue stress, steadily grows in size until it causes the component to break. Destructive testing methods are used to analyze each individual piece, replacing the more uncertain "random destructive testing" in many fields

Repairs and resumption of supplies
In the event that product nonconformities are detected, our staff is able to promptly implement rework actions agreed upon with the customer's quality control bodies. If the noncompliant parts have been assembled on sub-assemblies or vehicles, Assitec 2000 uses specialized personnel to perform targeted interventions such as flying doctors and remediation (recall campaigns) for any type of component (mechanical, body, electronic) in storage yards, warehouses, and depots in Italy and Europe. Assembly and rework activities in the body shop, engine shop, and at dealerships are also available. Assembly benches are set up on- site and in our warehouses, including engine removal.

Oil and grease analysis for engines and machinery
By analyzing used engine oil or transmission lubricant, it is possible to accurately determine the state of wear of the engines of cars, trucks, earthmoving equipment, lifting cranes, TBMs, etc. Assitec 2000 uses lubricant analysis laboratories equipped with numerous state-of-the-art technical instruments (ICP spectroscopes, FT-IR spectroscopes, particle counters, viscometers, etc.), and their databases, accumulated over years of service, are extremely extensive and particularly useful for comparing the parameters detected by the analyses themselves. By analyzing the collected data, it is possible to plan targeted interventions to preserve the integrity of the engine. Through lubricant analysis, it is possible to diagnose the condition of the engine oil (or transmission oil) itself, identifying its state of chemical and physical degradation and the possible presence of contaminants. Following lubricant analysis, accurate interpretation of the data found helps the customer make decisions related to the maintenance of the engine from which the lubricant comes, in order to preserve its integrity and correct functioning over time and avoid failures and wear that could lead to malfunctions and breakages.

Consulting/Auditing/ Supply Chain Management
Assitec 2000 carries out auditing and surveillance activities on behalf of the Client at Suppliers in order to identify any critical areas and define appropriate countermeasures. All this is made possible by a team with expertise in the knowledge and application of automotive and railway industry procedures. Assitec 2000 clients can be suppliers and/or OEMs. Supplier development: Assitec 2000 consultants are present on the client's site and are responsible for all activities related to process analysis and supplier development. Lean Manufacturing: Qualified Assitec 2000 consultants guide clients towards creating value with minimal effort according to Lean Manufacturing (WCM) guidelines. Project Manager: Assitec 2000 consultants also work on project management missions, global or for specific areas of work, for the railway and automotive industries. Expediting Production: Assitec's activities are carried out directly at supplier plants when they are unable to meet the delivery deadlines agreed with the client and cannot resolve critical situations. Audits: Assitec 2000 auditors verify compliance with requirements through product audits, process audits, and system audits.
Advanced logistic and warehouses
We have advanced warehouses with web access for customers. Management of sequencing, transfer notes, and picking. Assitec can provide a certification service for assigned vehicles for delivery thanks to many years of experience in- house and in compound vehicle assignment. Assitec has its own warehouses near major automotive plants. We can organize warehouses in other areas of Italy upon customer request.
